Location: Fort Worth, Texas
The first sight of snow in the areas of Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas, started around 7:00 PM, 01/24/2023. Road conditions grow more unsafe as the snow melts and freezes on the highways. In February 2021 Texas experienced an ice storm that took down the state's power grid and left millions without power. During the oath of office, Texas Governor Greg Abbott states the power grid is a top priority.
